"I have been a customer of the Matt Howard group at State Farm since May 2024 and I am was involved in my first at fault accident in October. I'm 68 years old and thank heaven noone was injured but I was extremely scared and upset. From the time I called the State Farm office to report what had happened, Angie took me under her arm and assured me things would be okay and they would take care of my car as well as the other vehicle that I had involved. Within a couple of days my vehicle, as well as the other vehicle were both in shops having repairs made and Angie stayed in touch with me every step of the way. I received regular updates via text and email about the status of my claim and my vehicle making the entire process was seamless. I want to say that the insurance company I voluntarily left to join State Farm, I had been with for over 45 years, and the professionalism and customer service I have received from Matt's team far exceeds what I was provided before, so if you're reading this and you're contemplating a change with your insurance provider, I say don't hesitate just pick up the phone and give this this office a call, as it will be a decision you will never regret. 😉"

"This office is an absolute mess. I have been trying to get my homeowners insurance figured out for FIVE MONTHS. I purchased a home back in April 2024 and it wasn’t until May that I realized they had the wrong home insured under my name. It has been one issue after another. I have REPEATEDLY told them information 3 or 4 times and every single person I have talked to in this office says “I’ll make sure to correct that on your account”… and yet again I still am having problems to this day. I have been told “I’ll call you today” “I’ll keep you updated” “I’ll call you in a week” and now I just received a letter in the mail stating that I have 10 days to pay or they will cancel my homeowners policy. WHERE WAS THE UPDATE??? I finally reached out to a different State Farm office to get advice. I’m not even that offices customer and they have treat me better in the last 24 hours than I have in the last 5 months with Matt Howard’s office. Maybe a one star review might cause someone in this office to react."
